Prepare for a weak connection

1. Open Help for today while you have data.
2. Write down the phone numbers or print the page.
3. Turn off data and try opening that page again before you rely on it.

Installation is optional. Saved pages use storage and your browser may remove them. First visits and fresh service details need a connection. Installing does not guarantee offline access.

Give someone a public guide

Choose a starting page. This shares a public link only, without answers, progress, mailbox keys, or personal details. It does not expire. No text message is sent.

Report what changed

Partners: use the existing report form to describe a changed phone number, hours, or broken link. Include the public source and date you checked. Leave out resident names and private records. An observation needs review; it does not renew a trust badge.

If you lose your device

A public guide link cannot recover a private Guardian mailbox. Keep any recovery instructions and key provided by Guardian in a safe place you control. Do not put a key in a HOPE report or public link. If no recovery method was set up, recovery may not be possible.
